Andy and Will Coltart, Te Weka Conservation Estate, Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand

Te Weka is led by Andy and Will Coltart, the creative forces behind its vision, landscape and site design.

With a background in architecture and property development, Andy is best known for Black Barn Vineyards, along with the architectural design of a portfolio of luxury retreats and landmark projects throughout the Tuki Tuki Valley. His long-standing connection to the land is reflected in every aspect of Te Weka, from the placement of each Lot to the thousands of trees he has personally planted across the estate.

As development manager, Will is responsible for bringing that vision to life. He has led the design and construction of the roading, platforms, services, and trail network
